• Cover with a clean pillow case; press the center of the pillow case into the head depression area.
• Do not forcibly squeeze or put weight on the inflated area..
• Do not put face down in the depressed area.
• Do not use sharp objects (hair pins, jewelry, etc.)
• Do not use near an open flame (tobacco products, excessive heat, etc.)
