Exhibitor Information
- Exhibitors will be provided 1 undraped 6 ft table and space for $250
- In addition we will list you on our website and in our program or an addendum dependent on space. If you have a half page handout it will be included in the registration packet.
- Payment must be received no later than June 30, 2011.

- You are welcome to use one of our discount hotel rooms at the Portland Crowne Plaza if available @$119 per night.
- If you wish to take advantage of the Reception and Saturday Breakfast & Lunch, you need to purchase event tickets @ $50 each person at:

- Exhibit area will be open at 5pm Friday for setup.
- Exhibits to be open
- Friday after Setup (5PM) till 10PM
- Saturday 7:30AM and down and out between 4 & 5 pm Saturday
- You are responsible for security of your display, equipment. We have no security staff.
