Exhibitor Information

  • Exhibitors will be provided 1 undraped 6 ft table and space for $250
  • In addition we will list you on our website and in our program or an addendum dependent on space.  If you have a half page handout it will be included in the registration packet.
  • Payment  must be received  no later than June 30, 2011.

  • Receipts will be emailed or mailed to you.
  • You are welcome to use one of our discount hotel rooms at the Portland Crowne Plaza if available @$119 per night.
  • If you wish to take advantage of the Reception and Saturday Breakfast & Lunch, you need to purchase event tickets @ $50 each person at:

  • Exhibit area will be open at 5pm Friday for setup.
  • Exhibits to be open
    • Friday after Setup (5PM) till 10PM
    • Saturday 7:30AM  and down and out between 4 & 5 pm Saturday
  • You are responsible for security of your display, equipment.  We have no security staff.
